Integrated Projects
When we integrate these two divisions, we give life to complete projects that produce raw materials and goods necessary for the good life of humanity.
In this division we have delivered, under the turnkey mode, dozens of equipment for measurement or process mounted on Skids used in the Hydrocarbons Sector, complete rooms for steam generation including water treatment and environmental control systems and Boilers for process and / or cogeneration operating with biomass.
Two-phase and three-phase separators
We supply two-phase separation equipment (Crude-Gas) and three-phase separation (Crude-Water-Gas) for all production facilities in the oil & gas sector.
Based on the particular data of each process, we carry out the sizing of the separators in strict compliance with the API 12J “Specification for Oil and Gas Separators” standard.
The standoffs are designed, manufactured and mechanically tested in accordance with the ASME section VIII Div. I code guidelines. At the customer’s request the standoffs can be stamped with the ASME “U” seal and registered with the National Board.
All our separators are supplied with internals such as deflectors, vortex breakers, separation baffles, and Demister or Vane type mist eliminators, as required by the process and with custom designs.
Pig Launchers and Receivers
We design and manufacture fully instrumented and ready-to-operate traps for receiving and launching scrapers, hogs or intelligent ILI tools. We supply, install and test both intrusive mechanical type and non-intrusive magnetic or ultrasonic type step indicators with quick-closing covers with special and personalized characteristics according to customer requirements.
Measurement and process skid
We integrate the experience in the development of automation and instrumentation architectures to our metalworking portfolio, to deliver a complete solution that guarantees the adequate operation of the measurement units, on skid, package type.
Our measurement skids are designed, manufactured and mechanically tested in accordance with the guidelines of the ASME VIII div 1, ASME B31.1 & B31.3 standards.
We integrate instrumentation, flow computers, automation, boards, and electrical assemblies for areas classified with risk of explosion to subsystems of the Oil & Gas industry.
We guarantee compliance with international standards for measurement systems in custody transfer applications or LACT units (Lease Automatic Custody Transfer). Strategic alliances with the best instrumentation manufacturers, through OEM agreements “Original Equipment Manufacturer”, allow us to deliver solutions tailored to the requirements of each client and each process.
Steam Generation Systems
The application of a project management methodology focused on anticipating risk management and the union of our metalworking, electrical, and automation departments, have shaped our organization’s strategy to supply turnkey-type steam generation rooms.
Thermal oil heating systems
Experience and knowledge are our value propositions in the integration of metalworking equipment with its instrumentation, the control system, and the supervision architecture in thermal oil heaters.
We supply thermal oil heaters, together with their auxiliary systems, on a turnkey basis, from design to operation and according to the API 560 standard. We have custom designs to adjust to the capacities or special requirements of our clients.
In processes where a failure can trigger conditions that threaten the life, health, or assets of our customers, we offer solutions within the framework of the IEC 61508 standard, with control and instrumentation systems with a safety level up to SIL3.
When a process stoppage represents a loss of money or a considerable risk for our client, we supply redundant Hot Standby type instrumentation, supervision, and control architectures, guaranteeing a high level of process availability (24/7).
