We have experience in the development of projects in a wide variety of sectors, where we have executed hundreds of successful projects ranging from the supply of power and control panels, to the integration of complete projects for the automation of complete plants in sectors such as: food and beverages, cement, Sector & Gas, transportation, manufacturing, agribusiness, among others.
Industrial automation
With more than three decades of experience in the development of industrial process automation and project management under PMI standards, we guarantee our clients the success of highly demanding projects (24/7 availability, SIL3 safety levels, maximum efficiency, or high input-output density).
Our greatest strength is our human team; electrical, electronic, mechatronics, mechanical and control engineers, process specialists, and project management, who, supported by a solid methodology to minimize the risks inherent to human error, work to provide added value to processes through automation, improving safety and quality and ensuring energy savings, reducing times and optimizing raw materials.
We integrate the most recognized brands of PLC (programmable logic controllers), DCS (distributed supervision and control system), SCADA (Supervision, control and data acquisition) and instrumentation with all types of communication networks.
Electrical panels
After three decades of experience in the manufacture of electrical panels, in 2015 we modernized our production methods, applying technology and developing a strict test protocol to obtain the RETIE product certification, thus guaranteeing safety and reliability to our customers.
VR Ingeniería´s electrical panels have the RETIE product conformity certificate, with the following scope: distribution boards, capacitor banks, automatic transfers, frequency inverter boards, low voltage motor control centers, and control boards.
Electrical assemblies
With a department exclusively in charge of electrical assemblies, we guarantee the safe transport of electrical energy, from the point of connection of the process (in medium or low voltage) to the final elements of consumption.
With strict regulatory compliance, we carry out the design, execution of works, and project management of industrial electrical installations.
We offer our expertise and experience in the design, supply of materials, assembly, testing, and documentation phases. We focus on low and medium voltage industrial electrical installations, as well as in areas classified with risk of explosion.
