Electrical panels
With approximately 40 years of experience in manufacturing electrical panels, in 2015 we modernized our production methods by incorporating technology and developing a strict testing protocol to obtain RETIE product certification, ensuring safety and reliability for our clients.
VR Ingeniería electrical panels are RETIE-certified for product conformity, with the following scope: Distribution Panels, Capacitor Banks, Automatic Transfer Switches, Variable Frequency Drive Panels, Low Voltage Motor Control Centers, and Control Panels.

Power panels (MCCs, automatic transfer switches, capacitor banks)
We build boards designed for the protection and maneuvering of motors, through direct starts, star delta, soft starters, and variable speed drives. We incorporate smart starters into direct starting, with more protections, fine adjustment of tripping, local or remote command, and monitoring.
We develop solutions aligned with the fourth industrial revolution, with variable speed drives, soft and direct starters, with embedded web pages and communication protocols, which make it possible to send historical reports for analysis of production, energy consumption, maintenance, and diagnosis of stoppages or failures.
We specialize in energy savings. We develop flow and pressure control systems using variable speed drives for pumps and centrifugal fans.

We develop solutions aligned with the Fourth Industrial Revolution, integrating variable speed drives, soft starters, and direct starters with embedded web pages and communication protocols, enabling the transmission of historical reports for production analysis, energy consumption, maintenance, and fault diagnostics.
We specialize in energy savings by developing flow and pressure control systems for pumps and centrifugal fans, using frequency inverters to modulate rotational speed.

Panels for areas classified with risk of explosion
We design electrical panels ensuring that internal components operate safely in classified hazardous areas with explosion risk, for the Oil & Gas sector and other industries with similar requirements.
We assemble electrical components in NEMA 7 or pressurized enclosures, depending on the installation zone needs or specific customer requirements.
We integrate HMI, PLC, or remote input/output peripheries of PLC or DCS, in appropriate enclosures for the classification of the area that the client determines.
We provide boards as a loose supply or integrated into a package type skid, with mounting, field connection, FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and SAT (Site Acceptance Test) tests, commissioning, and, if required, with controller programming, all adapting to the preferences of our clients.

We supply cells and substations in medium voltage. Rated voltage and current up to 36 kV and 1250 A, with short-circuit current up to 25 kA.

We supply solutions to reduce reactive energy consumption through manual or automatic variation of capacitive load, using the most recognized brands known for quality and reliability in the market.
We also offer active filters for complete power factor correction and harmonic mitigation.
We design electrical panel schematics using the See-Electrical software from IGE+XAO.
Thermal calculations are developed with each brand’s software based on the components to be used, and results are validated through manual calculations.

Capacitor Banks
