The superheaters designed and manufactured by VR Ingeniería are intended to increase the overall thermal efficiency of the system and reduce the risk of steam condensation at the point of use. They can be supplied with smooth or finned tubes, featuring helical, H-type, and/or double H-type fins.
For processes requiring the cooling of superheated steam to bring it a few degrees above saturation conditions, VR Ingeniería supplies mechanical-type or Venturi-type attemperators, depending on the specific process application.
