Pulse Jet Cleaning System

Hot gases mixed with particulate matter enter the equipment through the lower hopper and are filtered through the outer surface of the filter bags, which are supported by cages. Using modern pressure sensors, we automate the compressed air pulses to clean the filter bags from the inside, releasing the collected material and allowing the filtration process to continue.

PulseJet

Cyclones

In a cyclone, combustion gases enter tangentially through the upper section of the equipment. As the diameter decreases along the cone section, the tangential velocity of the flow increases. This process, combined with the change in flow direction, causes particulate matter to move toward and adhere to the cyclone walls, where it falls by gravity. As a result, clean gases exit through the upper section of the equipment.

A Multicyclone uses a series of smaller independent cyclones, properly arranged within the unit. By reducing the cyclone size, the flow acceleration increases, resulting in higher efficiency in the collection of fine particles. This advanced configuration allows the treatment of virtually any air flow rate, optimizing process performance and effectiveness.
